Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
We offer two shipping options:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 business days via EMS
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. During peak seasons (especially spring), processing may take slightly longer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except for select regions in Asia and some remote areas. Please note:
  • Customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country
  • Delivery estimates may vary based on local customs processing
  • We cannot ship live plants or seeds internationally due to agricultural restrictions
How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our Portland warehouse. This email will include all the details you need to follow your garden goodies on their journey to you!

We want you to be completely happy with your gardening purchases. You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:
  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging
  • Due to health and safety regulations, some items (like grow bags and plant disease controls) may not be returnable
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
