Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Grow Bags (once used)
- Insect Controls (opened packages)
- Pest & Disease Controls (opened packages)
- Plant Disease Controls (opened packages)
- Planter Success Kits (if any components have been used)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return or exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Once approved, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please include the RMA number on your return package.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the original shipment was free
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
