Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Must include all tags and accessories
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Grow Bags (once used)
- Insect Controls (opened packages)
- Pest & Disease Controls (opened packages)
- Plant Disease Controls (opened packages)
- Planter Success Kits (if any components have been used)
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps:

- Item(s) for return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Your preference (refund or exchange)

Once approved, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Include the RMA number on your return package.
Step 3: Ship Your Return

Important: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
- Issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error)
- You’ll receive email confirmation when complete
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We ship replacement after receiving your return
- Price differences will be adjusted (you pay more or receive refund for less)
- Standard shipping rates apply unless original shipment was free
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged/defective items:
